For each portion pick the main and the drink, then write the person's name in the note for the kitchen (up to 120 characters), for example “Lan, less rice”. Portions with a different main or note are separate lines in the cart; the kitchen prints the note on the ticket and writes it on the lid, so handing out lunch takes no time.

The kitchen takes a limited number of orders per slot, so the slots around 12:00 fill first; order in the morning to hold yours. Times on the site are estimates: the kitchen needs about 20 minutes for the lunch set, plus the delivery time for your zone. Outside 10:30–13:30 the set shows “Back at 10:30” and can't be added to the cart yet.
